FARMERS SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (FSDP)
To ensure sustainable support mechanism for new and established farmers Our “Annadatas”.
To Create awareness of the impact of interventions as delivered by the Program.
To ensure quality and standards of service and advice to farmers.
To integrate our services with Government departments with the implementation and to facilitate skills development of our Annadatas.
MODE OF DELIVERY
INSTRUCTOR/ VIRTUAL INSTRUCTOR LEAD TRAINING
Mode of delivery is the unique selling point (USP) Of ASDC. We invite our trained resource or success professionals for delivering training in that particular field or technology so that Participants can understand the real challenges which come during the implementations. And one other USP is we already signup MOU with some organizations which are already in that particular Business so will use their infrastructure as lab purpose because our training is a blended model.So, after theory we will send our participants for the field visit for hands on experience and Practical.At the end of training Participants will get a certificate from ASDC And Collaborations with respective Organizations. will set-up one BSU (Business Strategic Unit)and will support them to grow and it will become as a BSU to learn for ourAnnadata.We invite successful professionals whom we can put as a role model for our participants because they can smoothly interact with them without any hesitationsand will get maximum benefit of the particular training program. And update their knowledge skill set and serve the country proudly.

COURSES DELIVERY FRAMEWORK
ASDC shall deliver its courses through its trainers to the participants in the state the courses include hands-on workshops not only provide to the participants with necessary knowledge and skill but also pedalogy to take back and practice long after. The candidate will be awarded participation certificate after completion of training
